My 92 with 4.11 will do about 20 to 22 MPG on the highway.
I bought an 97 Audi A4 that get 33 to 35 MPG highway and that is on low grade. I let my wife drive it for one day and she killed my average MPG down to 30 MPG. It all depends on how you drive.
