well, hopefully not, i just think that it is funny how he just won't pay the ticket...$98...now he has to pay more with the court fees and i have no chance of getting in trouble because i did nothing wrong. he is such a moron! if he would have just paid to get my neons fixed in the first place, woulda had less problems.
