Maybe because it is 7A.M not only is that funny but Rob is right.
Seen better wires, so save your $$$.
Here is a suggestion. On a 10 y.o car things corrode, you can clean your grounds, reconnect, do the Alt or Stereo upgrade , maybe add something similar to what you found, just NON Quasi-asian
and return the Grounds to Factory Spec or Above.
Things will work better!
see, I dunno if it create's HP.. Maybe it all just works better so a difference is noticed and can be repeated , recorded, graphed. There has been many odd ball wiring details found and the Fix given usually includes adding Better wire or New ones. There are so many overlaping pathways in the wiring. I think it makes good sense, restore it to factory spec or above and naturally you get Better performence...
Now I'm going to go run and hide before someone toss's a Dynometer at me.
