If you're looking at a '92, obviously now that's a 16-year-old car. I don't think it's going to be as reliable as a Honda or Toyota of the same age, and it's going to cost more to fix when it does break.

Another important factor, if this is to be your primary car, is that sometimes you'll have to wait for parts. If you need to rely on the car every day, it will probably be a headache for you.

I love my SVX, but it's not my daily driver any more.
