Brake leak found

Well, my brake light has been coming on more often now, and I need to fill the reservoir more often than I feel comfortable with. I hadn't noticed any fluid anywhere before (probably because the leak was so gradual) but it's starting to accumulate. This is what's leaking:

It is just in front of the passenger rear wheel.
The inside lines under the back seat are dry as a bone.

There is no fluid on the calipers or the lines connecting to them, and the lines look fairly new too.

I will be taking it somewhere this week. Even though I'm pretty mechanical and good at fixing things, I don't want to mess with my brakes. Is this going to be an expensive repair? :[
