I don't know as much as the other members here, but the ac compressor does not have an expanded view in the service manual (unlike the PS pump) and therefore I would guess you can't get Subaru parts for it.
On the other hand, I believe that the compressors are either diesel Kiki or Zexel brand and you could possibly find parts for them on other sites. If I have some free time I will definitely investigate too.
