My own Eaton driven [M112] system in England works very well with the current pulley giving around 6 lbs boost.
I hope you don't mind me giving a small note of caution, as I'm fully aware you have a lot more engineering expertise and experience than I have.
My figures which are a guesstimation would put you making around 280 hp with 7 to 8 pounds, but at this boost your in-cylinder temperatures are close to 1200 degress F, getting to be too high. [Ideally they need to be about 1075 for safety]
Don't get me wrong here, I know your blower is belt drive, and the heat I am talking about is not heat leaked over from the usual exhaust drive layout as in a turbo. The heat I mention is caused by compression, directly related to boost poundage.
So my note of caution is about going beyond 8 lbs without a charge cooler or without water injection to keep cylinder temps safe.
I'm putting in water myself because my next pulley will be 10 lbs. Like yourself, I will be upgrading injectors also.
Best of luck with it Tom.
