Need help with final plumbing

I'm trying to get my engine fired up this next weekend and I need to tie up a few loose ends before I stab the engine and tranny back in the car. Take a look at the pictures below and tell me how these ports and hoses are normally plumbed...

The first picture shows the coolant feed to the throttle body which I am planning on blocking off. To the left of that is what I'm assuming is the PCV valve with two ports coming off of it. One port is open and the other has a hose on it that I'm guessing probably goes to the intake before the throttle body. Where does the top port on the PCV valve go?

The second picture shows the brake booster port all the way to the left of the picture. Then there is a control valve of some kind under the intake manifold with a hose going from the top of the throttle body, to the valve, then another hose coming off of the valve and ending towards the back of the engine. I'm guessing this hose also goes to the intake jsut before the throttlw body?

The third picture shows an open port on the bottom of the throttle body. I have no idea where this one gets plumbed. It's a large hose, so I'm guessing it's for air intake.... maybe an idle control valve?

One more that I don't have pictures for are the "vents?" on top of the valve covers. Where do these get plumbed?

Thanks in advance for the help. This engine is almost ready to fire. I just need to get these final things worked out.
