I was not inferring that anyone was being lazy or did not have a personal life. Believe it or not, during the past 10 years I have been handling the hotel, I've had a full personal life as well, recently adding a 1500 mile commute each week.
In the past, contacting the hotel, negotiating the price and the size of the block, having the contract emailed, electronically signed, returned, AND posting all the pertinent information here...
takes about as much time total as changing a timing belt for the first time.
Gets easier the more often you do it.
In a simple post, you could always tell us what the rate was, letting members know that it wouldn't be in the HI reservation system until this weekend. I got the rate from Jerry Bellistri, but it is not my place THIS year to post it.
