Sometimes there's nothing you can do. I've parted and scrapped over a dozen. All of them had severe rust, no title, or wrecked (or combination of the 3) with the exception of my first parts car which sat open in a barn for 5+ years before my purchase. There are pictures of this one on the forum in one of my first threads.
