Alright... got some new information on the Ebay car after running the VIN (I signed up for Autocheck while I was looking for a new SVX of my own)...
1. Car was last titled on 8/5/03 in NY. Looks like my theory about a recent purchase was correct! Previously titled 4/23/03. Possibly dealer titled???
2. Car's only done 7000 miles since 7/26/01!!! This might concern me a little... that's not a lot of miles in recent years. Means the car has probably been sitting.
3. 07/18/98 KINGS COUNTY, NY STATE AGENCY COLLISION WITH ANOTHER VEHICLE (Case #: 84402390). However, no salvage title or anything like that... probably wasn't a REAL bad wreck.
4. I can't find any records prior to 1997. Hmmm... (this might be a limitation of Autocheck)
