Non-neutral [anything that isn't a shade of gray] rims are a tough game. I find that everyone is a minority when it comes to anything but silver or gold or black or chrome wheels, and I am not even a fan of black or chrome.

In my extremely critical opinion silver is always a win, gold is usually a win, chrome is just gaudy, every other color/finish fails the vast majority of the time [yes, even you, bronze].

White wheels can makes any car look CHEAP because white paint or powder coating tends to resemble plastic.
Unless you like to stand out for the sake of standing out, and I know some people do, stay away from non-metallic wheel finishes.

Just as a color combination, though, I think white and claret would look nice. Better than white and red, for sure.
