A year ago today, my father passed suddenly and unexpectedly, at the very young age of 55. It's still all very surreal to me, has it been a year already?
I do not intend to bring everyone else down today, this just helps me deal with it a bit more easily. He was a Retired Marine Major and Pilot after serving 20 years, he then moved on to engineering. He earned much respect from his co-workers and employers. So much, that to this day, their website carries their thoughts of him.

Half of his ashes are at the National Cemetery on Naval Air Station Pensacola, Florida. The remainder of his ashes are being spread across Pensacola Bay this afternoon.
