Cool. The 4.44 ring & pinion from the Outback will be strong enough for your racing/ spirited driving needs!
I'm sure your SVX TCU will communicate just fine with the solenoids in the JDM trans. The Impreza 4.11 trans that's in my car, used to belong to Huck369, and he had it rebuilt by a guy that rebuilds transmissions from right-hand drive JDM Subarus used by the US postal service. Needless to say, the JDM parts in my rebuilt trans work seemlessly with my SVX TCU...
