Go to an autoparts store and buy one of the ding remover tools. Some of them work pretty well. I had a baseball size dent in my car and bought one of the tools and it looked good as new. They have all different kinds and sizes depending on how bad the dings are. Only other suggestion is to take it to a body shop.
