We've decided to do it soup to nuts on our own as a couple's productive, bonding thingus. We mean to do a job that will rival a pro body shop, complete disassembly, including engine removal for a total color change. Every panel that can be removed, will be. Then all new seals and a new windshield as a cherry on top.
I've got some experience with these things, and know my way around a paint gun. But I need your best guestimate as to the color code for the paint on this car.
It looks a little bright to be liquid silver, though I don't know the camera settings of the camera that shot this car. Any guesses?
I'll start a thread in Mod Mania once I begin (tomorrow) with step by step pictures, and instructions on disassembly for posterities sake.
