The second clip comes from a Japanese commercial for Sega Rally 2 for DreamCast. It also features a hand drawn cart, a girl on a bicycle with training wheels, and a bulldozer complete with sparks coming from the treads. Not sure about the golf carts. Those may be the real deal. (Icy path maybe?)
