Another bummer is, I disconnected the relay from under the front seat and my windows still work
Guess I have a short to voltage somewhere? maybe ill just part it out so I dont have to fix it

On the idle fluctuation, my SVX does that when you first start it up if it has been sitting for a few days, but if you drive it every day it doesn't do it.

The Fluctuation only happened when the clutch was pressed in, hot or cold did not matter. The check engine light would flash during the idle madness....I guess I could compare it to a huge vaccume leak...like the engine dump fuel to prevent stalling...then cut back some and nearly stall then jump back up to 1200-1300...over and over as long as the clutch is pressed in..maybe ill go back out and see what wires I got going on the clutch.
