I think you are going to be surprised when you hit the scales. The SV-Rex is further stripped than your car and still tips the scales at about 2800 (I think- it's been a while since we weighed in). I'm betting you are at about 2900- 3000.
Have you raced her yet? What type of racing are you prepping for?
