We had a 'situation' develope at work a while back. A co-worker verbally attacked the shop steward, did a 'chest bump', and screamed obscentities on the parking lot.
There are 15 cameras running 24-7. 2 of the cameras SHOW you watching the happenings. You get a SUBPEONA in the mail.

ARE you a "Suck-a$$ little big-itch" if you go to court and tell the TRUTH?

No matter what the 'original' problem was, when the person that CAUSED the outbreak comes into your office and says that, about YOU, do you report it?


MY answer, YES!!!
I have 23 years invested here. the guy that called me that thing has been there 5 years and been fired 2 times. MY 'union' got him back with back pay BOTH times!
He missed 48 days in 6 months and I have missed 9 days in 23 YEARS!!
I'm ready to SUE the UNION for creating a 'hostile' work environment for ME by bringing him BACK the second time!
I did not WANT to go to court! I begged to not HAVE to go to court, the charges that I was testifying had been 'plea-bargained' away BEFORE I went to court.
WHY did I have to go there?
If this guy shows up on monday with the 'chip' on his sholder, I will be 'sick' for the FIRST time in decades and will only be feeling better after a $2,000,000 suit is filed against the UNION!
