Be careful. The 4EAT in our SVX started life as the Nissan Pathfinder auto tranny. Fuji Heavy Indus. (Subaru) than modified that tranny for the SVX.
FHI is a small fish. They have to purchase pieces that have already been engineered and designed by other car manufacturers.
