John - I had it done at a local gas station - the guy has done quite a bit of work for me on my cars. The cost was 1500 including timing belt, water pump, gaskets... I can pull the bill if you need more detail. I don't know how he did it all with so little room, but I think he did unbolt the mounts and jack the engine up a bit.

It looks really tight in there. It doesn't look like enough room to pull the bolts out of the head. Maybe the bolts go in the head and then the whole assy slides in? The head bolts have to be torqued and it sounds tricky getting the cam shaft in and out. It has to be kept parallel to the head. If it cocks it can get stuck and damaged.
