Yeah I see my 2nd half of the tank go much quicker then the first half. I'd suggest spark plugs (have fun  ) and air filter. Considering it has been sitting for awhile maybe give it some time. Believe it is an 18 gallon tank but I have never put more then 13 gallons in.
I average about 200 miles a tank pure city driving.
