No need, the wheel lock relies on a locking pin from the ignition switch cylinder. Remove the ignition switch assembly and voila, no locking wheel anymore. And as for using a doorbell, it would be much simpler just to get some 30-40 amp switches and a push button from Radio Shack.

FYI: SPST = Single Pole Single Throw, DPST = Double Pole Single Throw
