if you want, i believe you can find quite a decent '92 or up SVX with your price or maybe can save $1k for maintenance. (but who knows about the tranny?) i paid mine $1k more than up to your range and one more week getting to 4 mths. i've seen no reason i'll let it go also with the price. and, it's not black but teal.

it's a 4dr sedan(shiny pure black + brown tinted glass)-
'94 nis altima ( 5 spd ) w/ 70K on the clock.
i want about $4200 obo. car is in good condition and
really to go anywhere. i use synthetic blend & oil change on time.
comments: of course bigger than a CRX. interior is spacious. ride is comfortable, powerful (150hp/low-end 155torque w/ 2800lbs body), smooth and quiet. 0-60mph is 8 secs or slightly lower. max speed can go more than 120++mph. gas mileage is great 26city/35highway(i can't believe that's higher than factory calculations). this car is pretty good looking & a good daily beater though. this is a reliable car and i see no reasons it'll have any major prob within a couple of yrs. and, you save up couple thousand dollars for modications or other purposes. if you're interested in my black car
