So, decided to de-badge my car tonite. Now that it's done, I think I F'ed up.
The problem is, the paint beneath the emblems is damn near perfect, but the panels are not. Yeah, I was expecting some paint difference...but not this much!
So, being the automotive savvy person I am (big
here), here's the dumbest question ever. How do I dull the paint beneath the emblem?
I would just pull the panel off and repaint, but the problem is I'm a moron and I'm afraid I'll F it up even worse. Plus, I don't know how to take the damn panel off in the first place. And where the heck am I gonna get Barcelona red spray paint, anyway? I really need to stop thinking I'm good with cars, here.
