“To our beloved customers
As you may know, during this end of year, we are experiencing some delays regarding your order. It concerns the Subaru SVX, the Volkswagen Golf GTI Clubsport and the Volkswagen Amarok at 1/18 scale.
These delays are beyond our control. Indeed, the Covid-19 slowed all the steps of production (development, approval by the brand licence, purchase of raw material, production...). On top of that, a shortage of containers and available ships occured and it prevented us from sending the production from our factory in (China) to our warehouse in (Europe) earlier.
Now that we are able to send the container, we can confirm that all the orders will be dispatched at the end of January.
We are sorry about this issue and we truly hope that you will accept our deepest appologies.
