Theres an area i used to drive through to get to work that was a very "upscale" neighborhood... It was amusing, There was a normal speed limit sign, of 25 mph, then there was another sign beneath it that said something along the lines of "strongly enforced through radar" and then ANOTHEr sign below it that said something along the lines of "zero tolerance, violaters subject to fine'
I can't remember the exact quotes.. but like the "racing" sign, it made it really seem like speeding was OK in other areas, but not this one

I was like.. uhhh so how is this any different from every other speed limit sign
