Oh, it is funny. But people have asked me, 'so are you ever going back to that dealer again?'
And I just don't know. I mean, it all turned out fine in the end, but getting there sure was an ordeal. Hell, I haven't even used the dealer's name because I don't want to pass judgement on them yet.

Yep, that
is funny!
Kinda like the tranny guy, when I walked in during one of my many visits to their shop just to see how things were going (you heard the sucking of buttholes every time I walked in -- you could tell they weren't used to visits, just calls.
). I was standing by the driver's front fender and asked them if they'd tried unplugging the dropping resister to see if it made any difference. I pointed to it, as I asked the question. The owner (who was standing by me) yelled to the tech, "Here's that dropping resister you was looking for." The tech said, "Well, California told me it was on the left side of the engine in front of the strut tower." I replied, "It is on the LEFT side of the engine . . . from the DRIVER'S perspective." Needless to say, I didn't return there for my latest Tranny work.
Well, it's good to hear you got some comic relief along with your repairs.
