If originaly the insurance adjuster told you that you would get $956 for the damages then what ever you do DON'T CASH THAT CHECK! If you cash the check, you have just agreed that all the insurance company owes you is $762.82. You need to call them and find out how they came to that price, and then argue it. In the long run you may still only get the 762, but if you don't argue it, you won't get anything more for sure.

Ya, im gonna call monday morning and ask where the hell they think i can get the car fixed for that price(nicely of course
) but geez.... always trying to rip people off. BTW im going through their insurance only
