If you have the rotor off, get some old lug nuts and screw them about half way on and pound the sh!t out of them with a small sledge hammer. It may help to saturate the studs in PB Blaster the night before and some heat couldn't hurt like propane. After you get all of the studs loose the ABS tone ring will be holding them from falling out. They are hex bolts which are probably rusty so you may have to drill them out, good luck it's a pain in the a$$ job.

P.S. be careful with the tone ring, they break easily.
