I have seen this product in person and was really impressed!
One of the guys at the collision center at my Subaru dealership had bought a kit to address some extensive "road rash" on his Jeep Liberty. He had just finished working on one side and had not done the other yet.
From one foot away I could not see where the chips had been. I watched as he dabbed, smeared and wiped as the remaining chips disappeared before my eyes. For the very small to medium chips, it is far superior to any other method.
I bought a small kit for my polo to test it out and it works great-- a perfect match. My previous method was to use very thin factory paint that was mixed and fill in the chip with a small eyeliner brush.
If fills the defect nicely and you are not attracted to the "blobs" normally associated with touchup paint.
For an emergency last-minute touchup before a meet or a car show, this is the product to use. Not sure how it works on all colors, like white or silver, but for my polo and the dark blue Jeep Liberty, it works as described.
