I saw it on our TV news an hour ago and heard about it in the early morning radio news. Might have even known ahead of you because of the time thing.
Did not know much of Brinkley but Peck was world renowned. I was saying to my wife, who has a lot of acting experience in amateur theatre, that Peck was a REAL actor, not just a result of hollywood hype, who could make a good job of any role. He was great even as an old man.
