Well, Mine's green and in Eldersburg but yeah, this one had no rear tag, so unless it had one in the front, it was untagged. There looked like there was some certificate in the top left of the back windshield (perhaps from inspection?), but my friend didn't slow down enough for me to get a good look at it. I'll probably be headed back over his house friday or saturday so I'll further investigate!
