I am, AGAIN, going to 'learn' how to be 'nice' to the druggies, users, abusers and other 'less fortunates' that I deal with on my daily duties.

Since the people that would actually NEED the training have chosen to take 'vacation days', and have enough 'seniority' to actually GET the days off, they will be preaching to the choir! I think that there is a few seats available if you wish to be 'trained to be 'nice' by PROFESSIONALS'!!!

I call this the 'water on a duck's back syndrome', since the ones that need the training will NOT be THERE!!!
