I have scanned another booklet that goes along with the SSM - it is the Video Reference Booklet which accompanies the "Select Monitor Introduction" video tape. I think it was published in '89, so I don't know if any of the information will be useful, but feel free to help yourself. It's a pretty big file (over 28 MB), so be prepared.
