Bitware is what came with my BocaModem (Tidalwave). It was very robust, but lacked the features I wanted. That's why I purchased RingCentral. I've also purchased one upgrade, but have refused to purchase the next level upgrade, since, the "upgrade" a) did not fix the non-working features, and b) added no features. The only thing that changed was the look of the interface.
Which version of Bitware do you have? They may have improved muchly since my first experience with them. Perhaps this would be mo' better handled through e-mail or PM. E-mail me at
