You would probably have to completely remove the wiring harness from the OBI car and take the wiring harness from an OBDII car and put it in. Its a ton of work as that would involve removing the whole dash as well as basically the whole HVAC system behind it.

I would have to agree with Sov13t and ask why you would want to do this. The OBDI system can be self diagnosed while the OBDII system you need to have a cpu reader, OBDI is able to be "chipped" while the OBDII is not(at least right now).
