Info: I found out from my old auto-tech instructor (who is Mexican) that it is actually a disgrace/dishonor to fly the Mexican flag over a building that is not a Mexican government/political building. So in making their demonstration they disgraced both flags, while commiting a crime by flying the Mexican flag over the U.S. flag.
Flawed ideas, huh?
