I agree. Its the people that are capable of leaving the area by foot that are looting for profit. There are many parts of the city where the water is only knee deep and people can walk to safety. Unfortunatly, many are not and are just having a free for all, selling the food for drugs or money.

As for the people stranded, I don't think anyone here is against stealing food from a closed grocery store for survival, in fact many police and rescue teams are doing just that. At least they aren't charging people for it.
