sorry, the USDM VF39 turbo is not, or ever was, twin scroll.

You realise that a tire that is designed to be quiet on wet and dry surfaces is a all-season tire, regardless of tread rating? And according to this article the same goes for new tires unless you go with the optional SP Sport 01s.
