oK I think #4 is located on Subaruparts.com under 1992 4wd/Electrical parts/Power window equipment & door cord
The parts appear to be a power window relay, bracket, and power window breaker (the harness)
Tom may have said it actually now that I see that....the numbers for the pics should be renumbered...confusing..LOL
