It was not mention but one would assume that the engine was not running during the voltage testing at the coils. If the test was correctly carried out this surely indicates an absolute fault. The problem is that no tests have been definitive and the opposite non suspect cylinder bank should have been tested, by way of a direct comparison.

It is my contention that the tests in respect of the ignition must have been in error. Logical fact is involved, not mystical magic.

If you have circuits which are directly supplied from the battery and which measure only 9 volts or less when there is 12 volts at the battery, you have serious voltage drop problems.
