Yeah, well by 9:30 Saturday morning after being on the road for over three hours, it felt like I'd driven 2,500 miles!

I have new appreciation for the times you "southerners" have come up north to events. Actually, the drive down and back up were not really that bad at all, even bookending an all-day driving tour. I was in my car 16 hours (minus all the long stops of course) and drove enough miles to get myself well into California, but it really doesn't feel like it in this car.

Okay, so that said, maybe I don't have so much appreciation for the southerners that have made the drive before - maybe I'm wondering why more don't do it!!!!!

And Norm, just so there's no Dabob-Rally-type controversy come Awards Banquet time, I will tell you now that unfortunately your brother is not eligible to win "farthest distance travelled to an event in 2007" - I think it is written in the fine print that you actually have to drive your SVX the entire distance to the event.
