Just a note, any craft store like Michaels or AC Moore will have foam core (name: Foamies 9"x12") that works perfectly for stuff like this around your car. It's cheap, about $.50c per sheet and you can use it for the piece above or little mats for your cup holders. I find all kinds of silly uses for the stuff, I keep a sheet in my work area.
