Unfortunately shipping is not included but I basically charge you what UPS charges me. Shipping to your ZIP would be $10.00 on all of them but it may be a little cheaper if you only decide to go with one or two of the pieces.
Goodridge Lines - They should be $120.00 Shipped but I will have to check availability on the SVX lines.
Hawk Pads - I see a listing for fitment but I do not see them listed on the price list. Let me give my distributor a call and see if they are still available.
