Hi there and congratulations!

My SVX will probably be sold within a few hours *very sad* and briefly, I would suggest the following:

Install an auxillary transmission cooler, filter and if you want, temp gauge (I have on for sale!)

Undo the wheel nuts and redo with a torque wrench to 75 pounds foot approximately (its in the owners manual, the precise range) - this will help save the bearings

See if you can pop the door covers and clean the window guides - stops dirt marking the windows

Be gentle using the window switches and smack passengers who try to use them...offer A/C or sunroof open (if hot) or heater (if cold)

Smack passengers who try to use the sun visors - offer sunglasses or tell them to close their eyes. Warning - holding spare hand in front of their eyes, if your loved one is the passenger, will result in retalitory beating against you - beware of THOSE passengers - smack the others

When using the seatbelts, guide them back up so that the actual buckle does not get trapped between the door and the side bolster (thats why they have puncture marks - nothing to get too stressed out over)

I'd change the oil and filter to be on the safe side - did mine every 5000km

Emm...what else.....love it, worship it, care for it!!

Enjoy!!

James
