It'll never pass for a Ferrari. (It won't spend enough time in the shop.)
The best thing about an NSX is that it isn't an Italian car. Everything they've done will reduce the performance in just about every way except sex appeal to people who don't know better. It does look neat and they did a great job, but it's hard to improve upon an NSX. If cash value wasn't a consideration, I'd take the Acura over a Ferrari any day.
German cars are factory pimptastic.
