I occasionally run with the foglamps, in foggy conditions (imagine that), and get flashed by oncoming drivers every single time. Like Napa, I blip the brights to let 'em know what's what, but I do it immediately. If there's traffic enough so that becomes a PITA, the fogs aren't really necessary anyway, so I douse 'em.

No matter the vehicle, using foglamps in fair weather is as inconsiderate as refusing to dim one's brights to oncoming traffic. Every bit as blinding, so what's the difference?
