Sorry, I'm not smiling at your increased consumption, I'm merely happy that the 4.44 change alone did not bring things this far down in consumption.
You might not have seen it Rebecca, but there is a recent thread about poor consumption and possible causes.
In no specific order, here are a number of possible causes:
Bad MAF
Bad O2 sensors [bad or dirty]
TPS adjustment not right.
Clutches starting to slip in gearbox.
Dirty injectors.
Clogged airfilter.
Brake pistons holding the brakes on after application because rubber seals damaged and pistons can't retract freely.
Like any troubleshooting list, approach this by checking the easy and cheap things first. These would be things like a dirty air filter or fuel filter. Or checking the TPS.
If your miles are high enough, say 80K plus, then it would be prudent anyway to strip off the calipers and do a refurb on the seals, ensuring the pistons are smooth and shiny for retraction while doing the job.
O2 or MAF or brakes would be my "Order of Suspicious Merit"

Thanks. I replaced the fuel and air filters recently. I'm thinking 02 sensors. I'll probably replace them when I get home....
and a semi nice day
I was surprised that my gas mileage was that good. I'm not a fan of the high rpms though.
